My aim was to create an agency with enthusiasm and integrity that could respond promptly to the needs of our clients and the aspirations of our candidates.

To achieve this I knew I would have to be independent and that I would require a dedicated and committed staff of professionals willing to go that bit further on behalf of the people we represent.

I am proud of my team and of the reputation we have gained in our market.

Over the years we have adapted to every change but we never forget that recruitment is about people and our motto is: we use computers, they don’t use us.
