Nationwide Maintenance Company based in North Kent is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Building Services Division. You will be working mainly on Commercial Properties in London and the South East working on contracts up to £1m. You will be liaising closely with the surveying department to ensure pricing is relevant and correct to each specific contract, drawing up proposals, liaising with suppliers for competitive prices. You will need to have building services experience ideally in the commercial sector, however other sectors will be considered and have proven track record in pricing accurate estimates for small and medium size contracts.

Property Manger

East London

Property Manager required for Property Company based in East London. You will be responsible for making sure the move in will be flawless, you will need to do the inventory, check the property make sure that, everything agreed with the landlord before the move in, is done, and everything is working properly, meet the tenants at the property explain everything in the property and how we work and hand the keys and visit again in few days time to make sure everything is OK and collect the signed inventory. Then maybe visit the properties every six months for a thorough check. Do the check outs and agree with the tenant and landlord about the condition and agree what proportion of the deposit to be paid back, and if the deposit is from local authority you need to get them agree to pay, and bring it the whole thing to a conclusion. With managed properties, it will be your job to agree with the landlords and get the property ready for next let and then give it to Hackney to rent. The client also have number of properties that are leased to four Local Authorities, you will be in charge of those leases. When the lease ends, you will have to check the properties with the landlord and organise the work needs to be done before handing the property back. You Must be mature, polite but firm and must have very good telephone manner. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the experience.”
