Car Dealership based in Sevenoaks is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities include:

• Checking all retail sales Order Forms are completed in full and signed by the customer and authorised manager prior to processing.
• Checking all Deal Profit Reports are completed in full and signed by an authorised manager prior to processing.
• Print workshop job cards for sales department requests, immediately upon receipt of fully completed Order to Works, ensuring all lines are set up accurately.
• Process all Invoices, ensuring they exactly match the signed Order Form.
• Process all auction sales following the process detailed in the Sales Administration Guide.
• Set up all new vehicles on Kerridge.
• Set up all used vehicles on Kerridge [after checking if vehicle details already exist on system], ensuring all relevant checks are performed in advance [e.g. HPI, settlement and purchase invoices etc].
• Update all vehicle details as required [e.g. consignment no’s, radio/key codes, mileage, S.I.V., sale price etc].
• Ensure all sales administration duties are carried out accurately and within agreed time scales.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Ensure audit quality standards are achieved.
This role would suit someone who has at least 1 years experience of working within a car dealership and has good working knowledge of Kerridge. You must be able to work under pressure,priortise your workload and work to strict targets. Salary £18,000 + comm. immediate start for the right candidate.

We are looking for a good quality manager with excellent people management skills, ability to motivate and manage staff with very strong characters and who are dealing with a very heavy and demanding workload. They will have to work to KPIs and will have previous experience working in the building maintenance industry. They will be required to go to meetings with clients. Good communication skills are needed with the hunger to succeed. Salary £18,000 - £25,000 basic plus a generous commission structure and company car.

Account Manager required for company based in South East London. Your main role would include building relationships with existing customers, quotations, orders, co-ordinate deliveries, identify and procure new business opportunities within existing accounts, database maintenance and development, campaign follow-ups, managing inbound and outbound calls and dealing with credit control ensuring invoices are paid to within customer payment terms. This role would suit someone who has a confident telephone manner, have soft selling skills and the ability to forecast and meet financial targets, have strong administration skills,attention to detail and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Salary £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience

HR Advisor required for large organisation based in North Kent. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for designated client groups, liaising with recruitment agencies, placing advertisements, managing the end to end process for starters and leavers, including contracts, offers of employment, obtaining references, CRB checks etc, participate in the interview process, conduct induction presentations for staff, deliver training workshops and deal with day to day HR issues, carry out exit interviews, attend recruitment days. Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience of working in a fast paced HR department, be CIPD trained or working towards it, have sound HR knowledge, excellent client facing presentation skills, be able to respond quickly to customer demands, juggling priorities in light of changing demands and have excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
