Welcome to Carousel Recruitment which I established in Norwich eight years ago after 25 years in the employment industry.

My aim then was to create an agency with enthusiasm and integrity that could respond promptly to clients' needs. To achieve this I knew I would have to be independent and that I would require a dedicated and committed staff of professionals willing to go that bit further on behalf of the people we represent.

I am proud of my team and of the reputation we have built in the last ten years.

No matter how electronic this industry becomes we never forget that ours is a people business; people talking and listening to people. That's why you won't find hardware on our desks – we use computers, they don't use us!
